Can I order a piece now?
Not yet. You can browse the concept catalog and try size and finish selections, but no cart, payment or order is created.
Are these real product photographs?
The current images are illustrative generated concepts. Product photography, confirmed specifications and production details will replace them before launch.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the wall area and consider the surrounding furniture. The product page shows sample width and height for each option; those measurements are illustrative and need production confirmation.
Which finishes are available?
The preview offers Matte Black and White option combinations. The imagery shows black concepts, not accurate previews of every finish. Final colors and finishes will be confirmed on production listings.
Can you make a custom design?
Custom designs are part of the WALO plan. You can preview a brief with your idea, dimensions and reference images at /custom. It is not sent to the team yet.
How is religious artwork verified?
Religious text must be checked by a human and approved before publication. No automatic theological verification or generated Quranic text is used. The current collection contains geometric art only.
Where will WALO deliver?
Pakistan is the initial market. Courier, delivery areas, prices and timing will be confirmed before checkout opens.
What about returns and custom approvals?
The final policy is still being prepared. Return windows, custom-order terms and approval requirements will be published before any purchase can be made.
